Community Quality Care Services have an excellent opportunity for Home Care Assistants to join our fabulous home care team here in Blackburn, on a permanent full time or part time basis.

Being a Home Care Assistant means you need to be adaptable, kind-hearted and put others first. Your role and responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship Support with personal care such as getting up and going to bed, showering, bathing, toileting, grooming and oral care Helping with mobility around the home Overseeing medication and providing medication support Providing emotional support to clients and families Helping around the house with cleaning, cooking, laundry and tidying Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions Transport clients to appointments and community activities

Requirements of a Carers:

Our qualified training team will be there every step of the way to ensure you have full training and feel comfortable before independently providing care.

Experience:

Care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving licence and own car (preferred)
Ability to commute:

Blackburn with Darwen and surrounding areas
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
