Job Description
As a Homecare Assistant at Right at Home Mid Sussex, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily activities and personal care. You will be essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being while receiving the quality care they deserve.
Responsibilities of the role
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Help clients with mobility and transportation needs. Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
A genuine passion for helping others and providing quality care. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a caregiving role is an advantage but not required as full training will be given
