Overview:

We are currently expanding our business and are looking for patient, caring and kind natured individuals aged 18+ to join our passionate and friendly team. As a Care Assistant for Cherry Homecare you will be travelling from home to home to provide our clients with with quality Home Care. As our clients require care 7 days a week you will need to work 1-2 full weekends out of every 4 weekends to ensure we fully meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily tasks such as: personal hygiene/dressing, providing/cooking meals and general cleaning around the home
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Follow care plans and provide feedback to the care team
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Experience:

- No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided
- Driving license and vehicle is required for this role
- Proficiency in English language to effectively communicate with clients and team members
