Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care in clients' homes, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
Adapt to meet the changing needs of clients and the service.
Maintain professionalism and represent the care service positively.
Follow care plans and keep accurate records of support provided.
Skills and Attributes
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential; full training is provided.
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred.
