About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care while respecting client dignity and promoting independence.
Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients and the business.
Represent Kingsley Home Care professionally at all times.
Support clients in daily living activities according to individual care plans.
Skills and Attributes
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience is a plus but not essential; full training is provided.
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred.
