About the Role
We are seeking dedicated
Home Care Assistants
to join our team in the Aylsham area. As part of our domiciliary care service, you will support clients to live independently in their own homes, providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care while respecting client dignity.
Support clients with daily living activities and routines.
Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Represent the care service professionally at all times.
Skills and Attributes
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Access to a car and full UK driving licence preferred.
