Care Connect Bury Ltd

provides fully flexible care and support services to people in their own homes thus enabling them to live as independently as possible. Care Connect Bury Ltd have been providing exceptional-quality 24-hour health care and support services to Elderly People and young adults across Bury since June 2002. Services are tailored to meet people's needs to help them remain in their own home independently as long as they desire.

About the Role

As a Home Care Worker with Care Connect Bury, you'll support people in their own homes to live safely, independently and with dignity.


We are currently looking for either 2 full-time positions to be filled or 4 part-time positions to be filled, this can be discussed with you throughout the recruitment process. This role requires a driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you will be supporting people in their own homes which requires travelling around the Bury area.



No two days are the same, and your work will make a real difference to people who rely on local care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, person-centred care and dignity support Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Companionship and reassurance Support with medication Support with mobility and meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties Maintain accurate record keeping Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing always

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in the care sector (essential) Holds a full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle (essential as will be travelling across Bury from people's homes) Holds (or willing to undertake) a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable)
