Summary

We are seeking Home Assistants to join our team working within Crieff and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality home care services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently within their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.

Requirements

Experience in Home Care or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. A valid driver's license is mandatory. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP.
