As a support worker, you will play an integral role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

What will be your responsibility be:

We are currently seeking experienced care assistants to support a young man in Exeter with learning disabilities requiring complex therapies and deliver these within the home setting. He has complex respiratory needs requiring Bipap, Oxygen therapy and medication administration.

All training can be provided, if you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in people's own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have.

What we are looking for:

Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable. Complex care: 1 year (preferred)

Hours/Schedule:

This vacancy is for a full time position to work alongside a qualified nurse in the gentlemen's home. This position is to work on a seven day rota that will include working alternate weekends and includes days and night shifts so the ideal candidate must be able to offer this availability.
