What We Offer:

Excellent pay

- 14.50 -16.40 per hour (depending on experience)

Mileage paid

- 45p per mile

Flexible shifts

- Mornings (7am-12pm) & Evenings (4pm-10pm)

Minimum 1-hour care calls

Key Responsibilities of an Hourly Care Assistant

Deliver high-quality personal care and assist with daily living activities. Provide companionship and encouragement to enhance clients' independence and wellbeing. Support with household tasks including meal preparation and light cleaning duties. Assist with medication administration and monitor health-related indicators. Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate effectively with fellow carers and healthcare professionals. Document daily activities and communicate progress to supervisors and family
