Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, including washing and dressing Preparing meals and supporting with medication Assisting with mobility and promoting well-being Offering companionship and emotional support Helping with light household tasks and errands Encouraging clients to engage in social activities

What We Look For

A caring, patient, and compassionate nature A UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Proof of right to work in the UK Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process)
No Experience Required - We provide a fully paid, three-week training program with an in-house mentor to support you every step of the way.
