What You'll Do



?

Provide personalised care:

You will assist clients with daily tasks such as getting up, going to bed, and personal hygiene, all in a sensitive and respectful manner.

?

Empower independence:

Your role is to support and enable clients to achieve their own goals, make decisions, and remain an active part of their community.

?

Essential support:

You will help with general duties including meal preparation, housekeeping, and shopping, as outlined in the client's care plan.

?

Communicate and collaborate:

You will liaise with your line manager, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.

?

Adhere to best practices:

You will follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), which is fully provided.
