As a

Care & Support Team Member

, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence helping people live safely and confidently in their own homes. You'll focus on

preventing problems before they happen

, encouraging good routines, healthy habits, and connections that protect well-being.

Your visits may include:

Preparing meals and ensuring good nutrition Supporting medication and safe mobility Encouraging light activity and healthy routines Providing companionship and conversation Helping with light housework or personal care Spotting small changes early to prevent bigger health issues
Every visit is a chance to make a difference, to help someone stay well, independent, and in control of their own life.

What We're Looking For:



A

UK driving licence

and access to your own car The

right to work in the UK

A

kind, dependable, and empathetic nature

(experience is welcome, but not essential) Availability for

7am-3pm

and/or

3pm-10pm

shifts - we can discuss specific hours that suit during your interview. Flexibility to work

alternate weekends
