We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home care Assistant to provide support within clients homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring clients receive personalised care in a safe and respectful environment. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure environment for all

Requirements

Valid driving licence and experience driving safely in various conditions Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Ability to understand and follow care plans accurately Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Compassionate attitude with excellent organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families

Pay: From 13.20 per hour
