Our Care Professionals provide care to people living in their own homes so they can continue to live fulfilled lives and be supported to stay independent in the place they feel the happiest.

We provide services in both the Wrexham and Flintshire areas.

If you are warm and caring and have the personality to make a difference in the everyday lives of our clients, then this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Care Professional, you\'ll listen carefully to the needs of clients, spend time getting to know them, and deliver excellent, tailored care.

A variety of daily tasks to help them maintain their independence and well-being, could include:

  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks and helping the client stay hydrated
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting clients to get in or out of bed
  • Assisting with washing, dressing and personal care needs if required
  • Carry out light housework to keep a clean and safe home environment
  • Pick up a client\'s prescription or go shopping for essentials
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities or grocery shopping
  • Above all, you will provide conversation and companionship. You will get to experience the importance of making a client\'s day just by being there and having a cup of tea and a chat with them.
Qualifications

Experience isn\'t necessary to work with us, so if you\'ve never worked in care before, don\'t let that stop you from applying. We offer award-winning training which will give you the skills and confidence you need to offer our clients the highest standards of care.

Love to chat, are a good listener and able to communicate well and build trusted relationships.

Are compassionate, kind and have genuine empathy for others

Are an excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable

NB: Clients are home-based so due to timings/locations a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
