Recruiting staff in the Hinckley area with access to a car

Don't worry if you have no experience as full paid training will be provided

Base Pay 13.52 per hour including attendance bonus, attendance bonus is 60p per hour if no absences in a calendar month

Plus Weekend working supplement 1.40 per hour

Plus Long Service Bonus Extra 8p per hour for every year of continuous service

Plus NVQ allowance NVQ 3 - 30p per hour; NVQ2 - 10p per hour

Plus Travel time 13.52 per hour including attendance bonus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Drive to clients' homes as necessary, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors. Uphold a respectful and compassionate environment while promoting independence.
