At
SureCare Dumfries & Galloway
, we're not an agency and we're not a stopgap. We're building a
small, stable team of skilled carers

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support residents in maintaining their independence while providing necessary assistance.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Who We're Looking For
A good human being: mature, warm, and dependable
A driver with a car (you'll need it in D&G!)
Someone flexible--with availability across days, evenings or weekends
Someone with resilience, humour, and heart
What Makes This Different?
? We Put Carers First
Our managers have built high-trust teams before, in other sectors and other times. We look after people properly. It's not just lip service--it's baked into how we hire, train and plan.
? Fair Pay from Day One
We offer better-than-average pay--and we don't steal it back with unpaid travel time. There's structure, training, and a clear path if you want to progress.
? Local Care Hubs
We're creating community hubs so you're not isolated, stressed, or chasing your tail. You'll have somewhere to rest, regroup, and stay connected.
? Smarter Care Models
We're trialling group care--neighbours sharing support--so you can work more meaningfully, and clients get more consistency.
? Care That Lifts People Up
We help clients live life--not just survive. Think supported holidays, creative sessions, and mentoring projects that bring old and young together.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Care Assistant.
