Home Care Assistant - Beaumaris - Menai Bridge, Llanfairpwll, Newborough, Gaerwen, Brynsiencyn.

16.00 per hour (inclusive of mileage and rolled-up holiday pay)

We are expanding and have opportunities for full-time and part-time Home Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team.

- Full induction and ongoing training (including enrolment onto the Anglesey Learning Pool).

The role:

- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication prompts.
- Assisting with mobility and safe use of equipment (full training provided).
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Maintaining accurate care records.

What we need from you:

- A caring, compassionate nature.
- Good communication skills (Welsh & English preferred).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training and shadow shifts.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of morning or afternoon/evening rounds.
