Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Experience
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but full training and support will be given to new candidates
