You will be working in the
We provide a three-week training program, which is fully paid, with your own mentor who will guide you on how to help and support clients in their homes.
Requirements:
Over 18 years old
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, compassionate nature and the ability to work with integrity, patience, and understanding
A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
Role Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
Preparing meals and assisting with medication
Supporting clients with mobility and physical disabilities
Providing companionship and promoting mental and physical well-being
Helping with domestic tasks and running errands
Encouraging and supporting clients to participate in social activities
