Excellent rates of pay 13.40 to 15.25 PLUS pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of 17.03 to 17.70 for complex care and15.47 - 16.45 for domicillary care)

Domiciliary: 13.40-13.90


Complex: 14.75-15.25

The Role


As aHome Care Worker, youll support people of all ages with:

Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support) Medication and meal preparation Household tasks and daily routines Encouraging independence and providing companionship

With 6 months experience we also offer opportunities to work in:

Complex Care supporting individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs. Training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more. Childrens Support providing personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs. Mental Health Support offering practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.

No prior experience? Thats okay.Our Induction Training will give you the skills and confidence you need


Requirements

At least 18 years old Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required For Complex Care, Childrens or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months hands-on UK care experience.
