We're on the lookout for Home Care Assistants in Workington to join our friendly, dedicated team. You'll be helping people stay independent in their own homes, while always showing kindness, respect, and compassion.

Every day is unique -- you might spend time chatting over a cup of tea, lend a hand with daily routines, provide personal care, or accompany someone on a shopping trip. Because every person is different, the support you give will be tailored to each client's individual needs.

What you'll be doing

Helping with personal care and everyday living tasks Giving medication prompts and light household support Offering companionship to reduce loneliness Working full-day shifts between 07:00-23:00 Enjoying alternate weekends off
What we're looking for

A compassionate, dependable, and flexible attitude Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check Applicants must be 18+ A full UK driving licence is required
