Home Care Assistants in Workington

to join our warm and committed team. In this role, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes, always delivering care with respect, empathy, and compassion.

No two shifts are the same -- some days you'll be sharing conversations over a cup of tea, assisting with personal routines, offering medication reminders, or accompanying someone to the shops. Because every individual is unique, you'll provide care tailored to each person's specific needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with personal care and day-to-day living tasks Providing medication prompts and light household help Offering companionship and reducing isolation Working shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 Having alternate weekends free
We're looking for:

Kind, reliable, and adaptable people Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check Applicants aged 18 and over A valid UK driving licence
