NWCare is one of the leading providers of domiciliary care in Northern Ireland, serving the community for well over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover teas in Carrickmore. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.

We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday | Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

The tea rotas begin at 15:00 - 18:30 .

Essential

Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle Great communication skills Able to promote and deliver person centered care Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care Be well organised/professional/caring Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care Care about the community they live in
Desirable

QCF level 3 in H & SC Previous paid caring experience
