At Ideal Home Care we are seeking Health Care Assistants who drive to work in the Telford area on weekends. You must have a right to work in the UK.

The Job Role:

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be assisting with the following:

Assisting with all personal care requirements.

Providing companionship and supportive listening.

Observant and reporting any changes in the health or status of the client.

Preparing meals and feeding clients when required.

Responding to emergencies.

Provide person-centred care to a range of vulnerable individuals across various settings.

Assist with mobility, moving and handling and promoting independence.

Requirements for the role:

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full online and practical training will be given but equally as important to us is a can-do attitude, a friendly personality and real commitment to our customers to ensure we give them the very best care available. Due to the nature of this role, reliability for shifts is essential, we will always aim to get you to work as near to your home as possible.

You must be a driver and have access to a vehicle.

What we're looking for from you:

Knowledge of care would be an advantage, but full training will be given. Be caring, compassionate and enthusiastic about providing the highest level of care. Able to provide two satisfactory work references.

You must have a right to work in the UK.

Job Types: Weekends only - days and evenings.

Salary: 12.30-15.00 per hour
