Key Responsibilities

Provide

personal care

including help with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Assist clients with

mobility

,

transfers

, and

manual handling

using aids as required. Support with

meal preparation

, serving food, and feeding when necessary. Carry out

light housekeeping tasks

such as tidying rooms, making beds, and emptying commodes. Accurately record care activities in

care logs

or

mobile apps

. Attend staff meetings and participate in

ongoing care training

. Follow individual

care plans

and instructions from supervisors. Show empathy and respect for clients' personal choices and independence. Ensure punctuality for

scheduled home visits

and accurately log start and finish times. Monitor and report any changes in client health, wellbeing, or behaviour. Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment in every home you visit.

Essential Requirements

Female carer only

(for personal care reasons).

UK driving licence

and access to a reliable car. Experience in

home care

,

healthcare

,

support work

, or

elderly care

(preferred but not essential). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
