Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals interested in providing essential care support and contributing positively to the lives of our clients. This opportunity is ideal for proactive individuals eager to develop a career in care and health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care and support tailored to clients' needs, ensuring dignity and comfort. Conduct home visits, assisting clients with daily living activities. Support senior care staff in maintaining high-quality care standards. Maintain accurate client records and provide detailed reporting to management. Assist with initial client care assessments and routine care plan reviews (full training provided).

Ideal Candidate:

Holds or is currently completing relevant qualifications (Health & Social Care, Public Health, Nursing, or related field). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks. Reliable, empathetic, and culturally sensitive. Holds a full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle. Eligible to work in the UK with the appropriate visa or permission.
