. Weekend On-Call Facilitator - Call handler (job share)

We have a unique opportunity for two candidates living near to either Cromer or Sheringham. This is a job share position.

You will be asked to support our team, weekends working from home, your shift will begin at 4:00pm Friday and will finish at 9:00am on Monday. You will be required to work every other weekend working in tandem with your colleague. You will be provided with equipment to undertake this role, laptop and mobile phone. Our hours of business are from 7am to 10pm. It will be unusual to receive call outside this time fame throughout the shift.

You will support us by answering the out -of -hours telephone in that period, adjusting the roster, providing advice and making referrals to social services, community nursing team, calling paramedics or 111 as required. You will be equipped through training to be able to support staff with questions relating to all aspects of the care they provide. Calls generally finish by 9pm at night when the last call has been completed. Calls are also quiet during the natural breaks in the day, i.e between breakfast and lunchtime and following lunchtime before tea calls begin.

You will have a strong social care background and may be retired. Ideally, we are seeking individuals with level 5 qualifications but all strong candidates will be considered.

The pay is 300/ weekend for the shift as illustrated, this is a key position for our company, and you will become part of a dynamic, professional dedicated team, working from home.
