About the Role

As a Community based Home Care Support Partner, you'll be supporting people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live life to the fullest. Your day may include:

Providing personal care with dignity and compassion Preparing meals and supporting daily routines Offering companionship and emotional support Helping with shopping, appointments, and social activities Working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Every visit matters -- and no two days are ever the same!

What We're Looking For

A warm, caring nature and a genuine passion for helping others No previous experience required -- we provide full, comprehensive training A reliable car and valid driving licence (this is a community-based role)
