Community-based across Leominster and surrounding area

Hours:

30-35 per week

Shifts:

7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm (weekend availability essential)

Salary:

14.01per hour + paid travel time (6.33/hr) + mileage (45p/mile)

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping older adults and vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes and communities. No prior experience is required -- full paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation Supporting with medication and personal care Promoting wellbeing and independence

Requirements

A full UK driving licence Access to a vehicle with business insurance Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
