Overview

We're hiring

experienced, compassionate home care workers

to support a vulnerable client . This is a

double-up care package

--you will work as part of a two-person team delivering high-quality domiciliary care in the client's home.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming) Support with mobility and safe transfers Administer medication and monitor health changes Prepare meals based on dietary needs Maintain a clean, safe environment (light housekeeping) Offer emotional support and companionship Drive or accompany clients to appointments if needed

Requirements

Experience in domiciliary, hospice, or high-dependency care Skilled in supporting clients with dementia or complex needs Reliable, calm, and compassionate under pressure Confident with medication handling and care documentation Ability to work collaboratively in a double-up care team Driving licence preferred but not essential

Shifts:

4 x 60 min calls daily (AM, Lunch, Tea, PTB), all double-up

Start Date:

Immediate
