Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a compassionate manner.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with errands when necessary.
- Monitor and communicate any changes in the health or well-being of clients promptly.
- Adhere to care plans diligently to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
