Job Title: Home Care Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces.

- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Follow care plans and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care is not essential. - Competent use of the English language
- Full training will be given
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.
