The Role

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team. You'll be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Whether it's providing personal care, offering companionship, or supporting with dementia and Alzheimer's care, your role is vital in making every day brighter for our clients.

Duties

Support clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation and medication prompts Provide companionship and emotional support Assist clients to attend appointments or social activities Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe environment Record care provided and update electronic care plans via our work mobile phones Report changes in client condition to the office team promptly Maintain confidentiality and follow all health & safety and safeguarding policies
Requirements

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided Compassion, reliability and a commitment to making a difference are a must Good communication skills with clients, families and colleagues Flexibility to work a range of shifts (our calls run from 7am-1pm and 3pm-10pm) A driving licence is an advantage, but many of our carers work on foot locally

Pay: From 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
