What You'll Do

Provide high-quality, personalised care and support tailored to individual needs Support people with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meals, and companionship Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing Build meaningful relationships based on trust, empathy, and understanding Maintain accurate records and work in partnership with families and professionals
What We're Looking For

A person-centred approach to care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, patience, and a warm, caring nature Ability to work independently and as part of a team A willingness to learn - full training provided Driving licence as we travel to and from client's own homes
