As a Home Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. You will provide personalized care and assistance, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of those you support.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Medication Support:

Remind and assist clients with their medication schedules as prescribed.

Meal Preparation:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Housekeeping:

Perform light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment.

Companionship:

Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Transportation and Errands:

Assist with shopping, medical appointments, and other errands as needed.

Monitoring Health:

Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided. A compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is advantageous.
