We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those requiring additional care in service users own homes. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalised care while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Duties

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of clients at all times.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in recreational pursuits.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.

Experience

- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care is crucial.
