The role is community-based delivering care provision to vulnerable adults living within the community - the services are varied based upon assessment and need; personal care, medication support, safe & well checks, social interaction and outings, meal preps, supporting and enabling independence. There is no requirement for experienced candidate as we will provide full paid training, this ongoing and we support personal development For the right candidate. All staff receive training using digital systems and also receive a free Android Handset to use during their employment.
