A full UK driving licence and own transport is required for this post.

Applicants must currently live within an 8 miles radius of Rhyl, Denbighshire.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary for their well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care for individuals in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Engage clients in social activities to promote interaction and cognitive stimulation.

Skills

Experience in care work is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing care and support. Competence in meal preparation that meets nutritional needs of clients. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with seniors.
