We are seeking to appoint 2 new members to our team, one role is for 40 hours per week, one is for 37.5 hours. Both roles are for 5 days a week and based in our Transport Office in Lichfield.

Role Overview



Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the Cotswold Home Delivery department.

The Home delivery Transport office is a fast-paced environment with no 2 days the same.

As the business continues to grow, so does the size of the Cotswold Home Delivery fleet and the volume of our deliveries.

The role will cover a variety of daily tasks to ensure the whole Home Delivery team is supported from our centralised office in Lichfield.

Key duties of the role will include:


Ensure vehicle and driver paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensuring all email enquiries into the department are responded to in a timely manner Organising store stock replenishments. Good telephone manner when booking customer deliveries direct with customers. Good phone manner whilst answering driver or department phone call queries. Liaising with our other Home Delivery depot locations across the UK Timely reporting & logging of customer feedback Team player and a strong team ethic Actively monitor driver and vehicle telematics and cameras to ensure routed times are being met & no breaches are occurring when needed. Assist with arranging servicing and repairs as required. Responsible for department ordering/facilities. Processing PCN's Processing PO numbers for suppliers Confidently liaise with colleagues from across the company Maintain and update all KPI and reporting via excel

In short, you will be an organisational whizz, a great communicator, strong on attention to detail and super-adaptable.
