Duties

Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing store layout that maximises product visibility. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure availability of products. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages open communication and teamwork. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual abilities being advantageous. Solid organisational skills with effective time management capabilities. Experience in merchandising and an understanding of retail operations is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A background in sales management is desirable, along with experience in team management practices.
