Job Description

Our Home Helps provide a vital cleaning and shopping service to support older and/or disabled residents to remain independent at home. Tasks include hoovering, bed change, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting and popping the washing machine on. Some residents also require supermarket shopping.

There is no personal care, assistance with medication or food preparation.

RVS provide full support and supervision for the Home Help and conduct full risk assessments.

We hope to build your client base to between 10 and 15 hours per week on days and times to suit - we currently have a waiting list of clients.

The basic hourly rate will increase from April 2026. A higher rate is paid to include travel time between clients.

We have residents in the our service runs in Rushmoor and Hart districts - this role is primarily for Aldershot & Farnborough residents. Your location preference will be discussed at interview.

You need to have access to a car for work purposes. This role is not suitable for someone requiring term time only.
