As an Home Insurance Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering expert advice on various insurance products. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
Engage in sales administration tasks, including managing client records and processing applications.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance products effectively.
Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring they understand their options and the benefits of each policy.
Provide bilingual support in Spanish when necessary, enhancing service delivery for multilingual clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong skills in sales administration and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Experience in telemarketing and marketing strategies is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building rapport with clients.
Ability to analyse client needs and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
