Walstead Place Care Home is a 17th Century Manor House, in a rural setting, near the village of Lindfield, West Sussex. As our new Home Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. Uphold our values of Care from the Heart, ensuring every resident feels safe, supported, and fulfilled.What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
