We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced
Nurse Manager
to lead our residential care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults, including those with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support the care home team to ensure the highest standards of care
Oversee daily operations, care planning, staff development, and compliance with CQC regulations
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Promote a caring, person-centred environment that meets residents' individual needs
Requirements:
At least
2 years' experience as a Residential/Nursing Care Home Manager
Strong background in
elderly and dementia care
NMC registered nurse
preferred, but not essential
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven ability to develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
