We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to provide outstanding leadership for our well-regarded nursing home in Filey. This is a pivotal role for a CQC Registered Manager or a highly skilled Deputy Manager ready to step up, who possesses a strong clinical background and a proven track record in care home management.
As the Registered Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial success of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional elderly care and full compliance with CQC standards. # Key Responsibilities
 Hold legal responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager*, leading the home to achieve and maintain a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating.
 Provide inspirational leadership to the entire team, including Deputy Managers, Clinical Leads*, and care staff.
 Oversee all clinical services, ensuring robust systems for medication rounds*, care planning, and clinical governance are in place and followed.
Manage the home's budget, resources, and occupancy to ensure a high-quality, sustainable, and profitable service.
 Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting the highest standards of person-centred elderly care*.
Work autonomously during day shifts, making strategic decisions to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home.
Act as the registered lead for all CQC inspections and communications.
# Qualifications & Experience Required
 Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)*.
 A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Home Manager or CQC Registered Manager within a UK nursing home*.
 Proven, in-depth knowledge of CQCregulations and the evidence required for compliance.
 Extensive clinical experience, including expert knowledge of managing medication roundsand complex care needs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, resource allocation, and business development.
A confident and autonomous leader with excellent communication, mentorship, and team-management skills.
