About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding nursing and residential care. You'll ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintain financial performance, and foster a culture of compassion and excellence.
You'll be supported by a strong internal team, including a Deputy Manager and Administrator, as well as external operational support-giving you the tools to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inspirational leadership and promote a culture of kindness and empathy
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for Outstanding ratings
Manage budgets effectively and maintain full occupancy
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
Drive marketing initiatives to showcase the home's exceptional care
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commercial acumen with a track record of running a successful care home
NMC registration desirable but not essential
