What We're Looking For:

A Manager with a valid NMC Pin (desirable) Strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. A confident, compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. A Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
