Beyond Healthcare Medical is working with one of the largest housing associations in London in search of a Home Ownership Officer to join their dynamic team.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE , NEEDED TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING.



Home Ownership Officer -

START 29th September



40 Hours Per week - Monday to Friday (Hybrid) - Work from home 2 days

Role Overview:


Seeking an expert in Shared Ownership resales and staircasing to join the Home Ownership Support Team for a 3-month secondment. The role involves independently managing a caseload of sales through to legal instruction or completion, delivering exceptional customer service in line with our customer strategy to help residents live well in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for customers, progressing low-cost home ownership transactions (e.g., Shared Ownership) to successful completion and handling related enquiries. Manage account setup, amendments, and closures, including rent and ground rent adjustments. List homes for sale accurately and efficiently, working with customers to maximize success, vetting leads, and assessing eligibility per regulatory requirements. Closely monitor transactions, providing accurate progress assessments and forecasting. Support team inboxes, handle general enquiries, and provide administrative assistance to Home Ownership Support Advisers. Collaborate with the wider department to support residents with home sales.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Thorough knowledge of conveyancing and Low-Cost Home Ownership products, particularly Shared Ownership. Effective IT skills, including basic/intermediate MS Office proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong spoken and written English. Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing a diverse workload independently. Ability to analyze data, produce written reports, and interpret leases.

Desirable Skills & Experience:



Experience in a property sales environment. Experience in a conveyancing environment.
