We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Home Ownership Officer to work across our portfolio of 55+ Leasehold and Shared Ownership schemes for older people (known as Retirement Housing for Sale), in the Midlands area. You will work with our Retirement Housing for Sale Manager and other members of the team to provide an end-to-end service for our customers.
You will effectively manage and resolve breaches of lease such as cases of anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes etc in line with our procedures and you will be familiar with safeguarding vulnerable people.
You will assist with the management and development of planned maintenance programmes, ensure fire safety compliance, and play an integral part in helping us to deliver S20 consultation across the business.
You must be willing to drive to all 29 schemes across our area of operation and have access to a car.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be friendly and patient but also able to ensure compliance with the lease.
You will have a good understanding of housing management and leasehold legislation.
You will provide high quality, customer focussed responses to a wide range of leaseholder and shared owners` queries, including re-sales queries, staircasing and lease extensions.
You must hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
